What should I prepare before contacting MedEase?

If available, prepare recent medical reports, previous imaging results, relevant diagnoses, current concerns and your preferred timing for the examination.

Start My Request

You do not need to choose an imaging examination on your own. The appropriate test depends on your symptoms, medical history, previous findings and clinical purpose. You can share your existing medical information with MedEase China, and we can help coordinate the request with the relevant medical provider before an examination is arranged.

If available, prepare your previous diagnosis, recent medical records, laboratory results, prior imaging reports and images, and any examination request or referral information issued by another medical provider. These materials can help the receiving medical team understand the clinical context before your visit.

Preparation requirements vary by examination and individual medical circumstances. Some advanced imaging examinations may have specific safety considerations or preparation instructions. The relevant medical provider should confirm the requirements for your scheduled examination before your visit.

Coverage depends on your insurer, policy and the examination required. MRI, CT and PET examinations may require prior authorization under some insurance plans. We recommend confirming coverage, direct-billing eligibility and authorization requirements with your insurer before the appointment.

The medical provider will issue the relevant imaging results and report. Depending on the service arranged, follow-up may include report interpretation, further medical evaluation or coordination with another specialist or healthcare provider when appropriate.

Yes, where medically appropriate. Current screening programs available through our medical network may include examinations such as low-dose chest CT, brain MRI, MRA, abdominal MRI and other targeted imaging alongside laboratory tests and ultrasound. The exact combination depends on the selected program and individual medical needs.
